Class Intentions
Gently ease into fall and explore deep rest through meditation and several restorative poses held between 5-20 minutes

Class Overview & Logistics
75 min cozy, yoga class will include breathwork and restorative poses with provided props (bolster/blocks) Tea will be offered afterwards to integrate the experience. :)Bring water and a yoga mat. Enhance your yoga nest and bring a blanket, a pillow, and any other props you would like to support your practice.
